Say I export an LVM logical volume from dom0 as /dev/xvda to the domU: disk = [ ''phy:xenimages/stan,xvda,w'' ] No I can lvresize xenimages/stan in dom0, but the domU stays ignorant of this change. Hello, I'm trying to fix netbooting and I got quit far. Before this, it reported that it had no root disk, I fixed this by specifying my initrd. Nou it crys's: Kernel panic: I have no root and I want to scream I think I made the mistake whit the creation of the initrd file. What should I put in it except the /linuxrc. I'm trying to boot RedHat 9.0 on a diskless PC from a head machine running Redhat 9.0. The network appears to be setup correctly. I can boot the installation disk image fine using pxelinux. What I am trying to setup is a number of different Linux systems each with its own root directory on the head machine. I am hoping that I don't have to modify the kernel for any of these systems.

Hello list, I am trying to use the console to setup my machine. During boot I am able see the syslinux boot prompt on the serial console *and* the monitor, but I can not use the console keyboard. I can only use the keyboard that is connected on the machine. After the kernel is loaded, the console keyboard starts working, but, this does not help me much, since I still need to use the keyboard
