Habe Samba 2.2.3a unter HP-UX 10.20 laufen. (letzte Version die ich f?r 10.20 finden konnte) Bisher lief alles bestens. Jetzt mu? ich XP Prof einbinden. Geht ja, aber bei mehreren Programmen (z.B. Office 2003) st?rzt das Programm beim Speichern ab. Geht das grunds?tzlich mit einer so alten Version nicht oder gibt es einen Workaround? Danke Andi

Hi, What the the size limit of booting bzImage file with syslinux ? I have tested different sized bzImage files, and when the files are small <800K, they work with syslinuz, but at some size larger they fail to work. This was the same problem loadlin1.6 had, but loadlin1.6c fixes the issue, and I can boot bzImage sizes up to 1.5Meg with loadlin, but syslinux fails. Can you confirm this

We have a lot of diskless Linux clients which are booting via PXELINUX or ETHERBOOT. The problem is that they are on for 24 hours and APM PowerSave mode works for ETHERBOOT only. But in the future we want to use PXELINUX only, which seems to have no features for APM or ACPI PowerSave included. We encountar a somewhat odd problem.
