Asternic Flash Panel
Has anyone gotten this configured to show all extensions vertically instead of filling up the window. If so would you mind sharing your configuration
Yes I have tried searching terms like +asternic +op_panel +vertical and a slew of others. Unsucessful though.

Asternic Call Center and Asterisk 1.4 Queues
Hi All,
I'm testing the Asterinic Call Center Queue Log Analizer. Working ok
except for realtime monitoring. The page updates queue summary and
calls waiting, but not Agent status. When an agent is (busy) in
[asterisk> queue show], the 'state' of the agent in agent status on
the web page does not change, always shows 'not in use'. The page
does update with 'Last In

Is Asternic.net out of business (Flash Operator, Call Center Stats)?
We have licensed both products and sent a support request on 6/11, with
zero reply or any activity on it at all so far. No replies to subsequent

Operator Panels?
...a long time and the 7914 is questionable at
best anyway from what I've heard. We couldn't ever get chan_sccp to
compile, I went to an older version of Asterisk and that broke some of
our SIP devices. We tried using a couple soft panels listed on the Wiki,
the only one easy enough to use was Asternic. And we found also that is
buggy and doesn't function correctly with the new Asterisk. Any
Suggestions?
I was looking at the SNOM 220 (w/ op panel). We're mainly after the line
status of course more than anything, wasn't sure if it could do that,
SIP and all..

Reporting?
Is there anyway in asterisk to figure out how much time an agent has
spent on the phone? I know I can see total time for a call (inbound
or outbound) but where/how do I view queue stats?

Monitoring Sirrix quad BRI channels
Hi all,
How are things going ?
Is there a way for me to individually identify each BRI channel on the Sirrix quad BRI board.
The reason I ask is because our client uses the "Asterisk Flash Operator Panel" to monitor its external lines and transfer calls from the lines to the various SIP phones.
The "Flash Operator Panel" requires that we set a static value for each line or

Barge in on to agents conversation
Hi,
1. When an agent is active on a call, i need the ablity for a third person
to join the conversation. Basically barge in by a supervisor, participate in
the conversation and then leave.
2. As an extension to the above, while on call, can the agent request a
conference from another agent and later hang him up.
3. Is there any way for a call to be put in the queue destined for a
specific agent

Flash Pane - Monitor Parked Calls?
Need help with how to configure for parked calls in the Flash Operator
Panel's op_buttons.cfg file ...
I've looked on the wiki, google and asternic's site and can't seem to find
how to setup op_buttons.cfg to monitor parked calls.
For example, if someone parks in 701, I'd like to see that represented on
the panel.
I've tried a number of things ... this is what I have now and it does not
work ...

Hello,
is there any way to make the Flash Operator Panel show which agents are
logged in in a specific queue? (both static and dynamic agents)
I've played around with the queue / queue agents settings from the Flash
Panel documentation (http://www.asternic.org). The way it is described
there, I could only make the Flash panel show that a queue 8in general)
received a call from a specific extension.

AddQueueMember and Flash Operator Panel
...ers!
Recently I read that AgentCallbackLogin is going to be deprecated soon.
Wanting to set up a few callback type queues, I set them up as suggested
in queues-with-callback-members.txt.
I was able to set the queues up completely this way, however, I'm trying
to use Flash Operator Panel (aka AsterNIC) to monitor the agents' login
status. FOP monitors their status if I call AddQueueMember with their
actual interface (which, by the way, makes more sense to me than logging
them in via chan_local), and it even seems to work with
Local/${AGENT_EXTEN}@default. But if I use any context other t...

CDR Analyzer/Queue stats reporting
I've been tasked with finding and implementing a CDR/Queue analyzer to provide information to management about the call center's performance. My Google-fu seems to be returning a lot of things that are more or less abandoned projects. Does anyone have any recommended solutions for a CentOS 6 / Asterisk 10 "vanilla" server? Asterisk Manager API - multi "Originate" calls
Been researching connecting over TCP\IP to Asterisk Manager API to initiate several concurrent calls to dial out. Prefer not to generate ASCII .call files.
Question : I read in places that you use "originate" command and wait for an event back, does that mean you cannot place another "originate" until the event comes back ?

Asterisk Manager API - multi "Originate" cal ls
Hello,
You can do either, you can send multiple Originate actions in a long line
without waiting for a response back(although the responses do usually come
back very fast) or you can open multiple connections using each one to
Originate a new call. We use the multiple connection method in the
astGUIclient suite because if you get a pause or lag in Manager output on a
single connection(which does

Creating conference calls from within Astman.
Dear All,
I have a requirement to 'originate' a number of calls to various external
users from within a conference room, so that the end users does not pay for
the call.
I know that within Astman I can define an extension and then originate the
call from that extension. Can I define a conference room (how would I
configure that on astman? What channel would it use?) and then generate a

There is a FOP user list, although not too active.

No, extension 6000 is just a number that gets you to a channel, in
your case I believe its zap/1 that is reachable thru 6000. FOP only
shows the status of channels and...
