Questing on fitting Baseline category Logit model
Dear all, I am facing some problem with how to fit a "Baseline category Logit model" with R. Basically I am considering famous "Alligator" data as discussed by Agresti. This data can also be found here: https://onlinecourses.science.psu.edu/stat504/node/174 (there is also an accompanying R file, however the underlying R code could not load the data properly!!!) openldap 2.3.x?
Hi, Just wondering, has anybody thought of making openldap 2.3.x part of centos plus? I had some problems with openldap 2.2.x, and all the answers I got about it were to upgrade to 2.3. It seems 2.2 is dead release nowdays, and openldap people do not recommend using it for production anymore. -- See Ya' later, alligator! http://www.8-P.ca/

Hi all, I'm trying to get Cacti installed on my CentOS 4.3 x86_64 box. I've got all of required packages installed, and created database file, and followed all the instructions in install manual. However, when I get login screen and use admin for username/password, it simply redirects me straight back to login screen. Looking at user_log table, the authentication was

I've looked on the web for clues, and on the CRAN-R help sites searching on "trellis auto.key color" and variations, unfortunately the responses there are not very specific. Would someone please explain I have the

Ogg Vorbis and DirectSound streaming
hi, I downloaded the vorbis-sdk-1.0rc3 and wrote an application that plays ogg files using DirectSound(win32 application). It uses streaming technique - I'm implementing and passing IStream interface to the DirectX. The interface is used by DirectX to fill his buffers during playing. DirectX is assuming that it's readind from a wav file, so the interface decodes on-the-fly so that

I am trying to use kickstart for automated builds from a DVD. Some of the machines have DVD's drives and some have CDRom drives only. With the CDRom only machines I would like to plug in an external DVD drive via USB and use this to kickstart. The DVD only machines work correctly with a isolinux.cfg as label test kernel vmlinuz append initrd=initrd.img ramdisk_size=8192

My house, office, lab and 2 vehicles back in Chalmette, LA, St Bernard Parish are swimming with the fishes, snakes and alligators along with all my computers and Asterisk application development. 100% loss, but hey, we have our health. I have both homeowners and flood insurance so I should recoup most of my losses, it will take a while to get back on track. Insurance adjusters will not be able to enter the Parish till the...

It moved my configuration files to rpmsave, instead of leaving them as-is and putting new configs into rpmnew (like most packages do). warning: /usr/share/horde/config/conf.php saved as /usr/share/horde/config/conf.php.rpmsave warning:
