agitator - FastAGI reverse proxy
Hello, FastAGI doesn't get (or deserve) much love these days but a lot of people are still widely using it. Here is a small project of mine, started trying to scratch my own itch, that some might find useful. https://github.com/zaf/agitator It is a reverse proxy for the FastAGI protocol with some interesting features. Most noticeably request based routing, HA/failover, load balancing and TLS encryption for FastAGI sessions (something asterisk unfortunately is still lacking). It is written in Go and it is quite fast and light on resou...

Red Hat réagit à la crise économique
L'entreprise Red Hat r?agit ? la crise... en supprimant une ?norme f?te d'entreprise. I'm just exploring this feature and I didn't find this yet PS: Does anybody know why there are so little programs that actually support the viewing of embedded pictures? I only found 2 of them: Amarok in linux and foobar in windows. thx in advance! -------------- next part

prettyR arrives
Hi all, I have finally gotten the prettyR package going (many thanks to Kurt Hornik for his patience). prettyR is a set of functions that allows the user to produce HTML output from R scripts. Given an R script that runs properly, an HTML listing complete with embedded graphics can be produced simply by passing the script to the core function htmlize (Phillipe Grosjean has not only offered

It?s those who get up and push out the *next* change who affect where the passive observers go. >> Please point to an example of an OS or OS-like software distribution >> that does this. > > Why is that necessary? Because you agitators are all saying ?just? do this, and ?just? do that, and why can?t it be different? I am challenging you to show me a system that has done ?just? those things, and succeeded. If there are no such systems, there?s probably a good reason for that, given that we do not lack for choice in the Linux wo...

Creating a Roaming imap account
This (CentOS5.1) box is my new imap server. Using system-config-security-level I opened port 143 tcp, and mail is readable throughout the LAN. I want a Roaming account on my laptop so that I can read mail while away from home. I have set up the account in kmail, and I know that that part is correct, as it worked on my old, less-secured, imap server. However, I haven't been able so far
