When one has raw data it is easy to create a table of one variable against another and then calculate proportions For example a.nice.table<-table(a,b) prop.table(a.nice.table,1) However, I looked at several papers and created a data frame of the aggregate data. But now I got a request if my software will also run under Wine 1.0 (wine-1.0-3.1.i586, Suse 11 or 10). As far as I know it is not possible to install the old Wine 1.0 under Ubuntu 10.04.
