Both Biobase and my package annaffy use S4 classes to define methods for "[".
Both packages use the save image method of installation. (See annaffy 1.0.3 in
BioC CVS.)
Depending on how both packages are loaded, the Biobase definitions seem to be

Sharding problem - multiple shard copies with mismatching gfids
Ian,
Do you've a reproducer for this bug? If not a specific one, a general
outline of what operations where done on the file will help.

TC (HTB) doesn''t work well when network is congested?
Hi,
I have a server and ten clients in a Gigabit network. The server has
125mbps network bandwidth.
I want that the server has 40Mbps bandwidth reserved for client 1 (IP
192.168.5.141), and the
rest bandwidth is for all other clients.
My script looks like this (I use IFB for incoming traffic):
#!/bin/bash
export TC="/sbin/tc"
$TC qdisc add dev ifb0 root handle 1: htb default 30

realtime caching
Can anyone shed some light on realtime caching?
My desired behavior is that MWI works with realtime
voicemail/sip/extensions AND updates to the database take place on the
next call to the extensions.
Right now I have rtcachefriends=yes, and MWI works, but updates to the
database for a cached user seem to still require a reload.
It is my understating that removing rtcachefriends will
