dom0 freeze on boot with Tyan 2912 w Barcelona 2347HE
Been picking brains on IRC for a few days, but we still don''t have this one figured out. The boot setup that I''m using on a ASUS board with a Phenom processor works perfectly. I take that same configuration and try to boot this Tyan/Barcelona setup and it freezes when grub (or pxe/isolinux ) passes control to the hypervisor. http://www.gaealink.net/not-very-xen.png

Domain Trust and smbclient error.
I am trying to get a W2K server to trust a samba 3.0 server. I followed the directions in the InterdomainTrusts.html file and receive an error that the domain is not found when trying to trust it. my samba server is configured to use pam to authenticate. I had to add a user named "w2kdomain$" on the machine before I could run smbpasswd -a -i w2kdomain. Once I did that, it created the

Kernel panic from install CD
I have a bunch of DecTOPs. Use the AMD Geode chip. Yesterday I upgraded one of them, and got the dreaded Kernel panic. Something about powernowk8. I could boot up with the old kernel, though. I know I have to put in a bug report on this, will do shortly, but first wanted to try a fresh install on another DecTOP. At the prompt, I specified: linux askmethod After it loaded the kernel, it
