[PATCH] amd iommu: Dump flags of IO page faults
Hi Jan, Attached patch dumps io page fault flags. The flags show the reason of the fault and tell us if this is an unmapped interrupt fault or a DMA fault. General Kernel practices on CentOS
Hello, I'm used to install Asterisk on Debian stable platforms. A customer is asking how I would proceed on a CentOS platform. After a short research (see [1] as an example), I'm wondering what are general kernel practices on CentOS regarding Asterisk and when targeting stability: - Is it recommended to upgrade kernel version(s) (ie moving from linux 3.10 to 4.3) just after OS

ext3 filesystem corruption
...wer-up, and boot, where the corruption is discovered. Searching these archives, I found that there are known problems with laptops and certain IBM hard drives, having to to with cache problems in the drive on powerdown, and that there are windows errata to workaround the problems. (msgs 2428, 2433, 2435 in this archive.) Q: Are my drives known to be bad? Is there a list somewhere? Q: What are the workarounds for RH and windows alluded to? I have some utilities downloaded from IBM, which I vaguely remember may let me change/disable cache modes. I'm gonna shut down now and give that a try. Th...

ActiveRecord Unexplainable SystemStackError - Only in WEBrick
This SystemStackError is driving me crazy. It only takes place when testing with WEBrick - I can''t reproduce it with any tests. It is caused by calling the "missing" id method (base.rb:2435) on my ActiveRecord class. WEBrick and my tests are running as the same user, with a `ulimit -s` of 10240. Plus the query works sometimes so I don''t think this matters. Here''s the trace: /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/set.rb:93:in `empty?'' /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activerecord-2...

Showing CallerID on multiple phones
All; I have an interesting scenario where I have a small office with maybe half a dozen phones and several incoming lines. The calls are routed based on the DID that people call. What they would like is when a call comes in to a single phone to have all the phones show the CallerID. That way they can decide if they should pick up the call or not using call pickup. Vitelity Asterisk configuration help
I have a Asterisk server setup and I am able to connect to the server using a soft client 'x-lite' and call and leave a message on my second extension 102. I have setup a Vitelity account and add what I believe to be the correct information to my sip.conf and extension.conf. I would like to setup incoming and outgoing calls with voicemail support. I've searched all over but many of the
