[LLVMdev] [PATCH] Symbol offsets
+the people I hashed this out with so many months ago
I think it's a reasonable proposal, but obviously I floated it. :) Let's
try to get a second opinion.
Again, it's a syntax something like:
define void @foo() prefix [i8* x 2] { i8* @a, i8* @b } prologue [i8 x 4]
c"\xde\xad\xbe\xef" { ret void }

Dovecot wiki LMTP description
List, we are planning a new configuration to which we'll migrate an
existing installation shortly. We are hoping to use Dovecot LMTP and
have a query about the wiki entry for LMTP
http://wiki2.dovecot.org/LMTP
where it suggests this config:
service lmtp {
inet_listener lmtp {
address = 192.168.0.24 127.0.0.1 ::1
port = 24
}
Does this example mean that LMTP will only

Installing old version of firefox
I need to install firefox version 24.3.0 on centos version 6.5. Anyone
know how I can do that? I tried downloading that version directly and
it fails with:
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/local/lib64/firefox/libxul.so:
libXrender.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.

[LLVMdev] Is there a path from MachineInstr to the associated Instruction

the CallSite can be constructed only fromInstruction rather than
MachineInstr.
Is there any workaround?
Thanks.

[LLVMdev] [RFC] Embedding command line options in bitcode (PR21471)
I'm working on fixing PR21471, which is about embedding codegen command
line options into the bitcode as function or module-level attributes so
that they don't get ignored when doing LTO.
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=21471
I have an initial patch (attached to this email) which enables clang/llvm
to recognize one command line option, write it to the IR, and read it out

Cases that come to mind:
- invariant.*
- lifetime.*
- float point state changes (this last one might need a stronger
restriction than the others)
