Help interpreting output of Rprof
Hello there,
I am not quite sure how to interpret the output of Rprof (in the following the output I was staring at). I was poking around the web a little bit for documentation but without much success. I guess if I want to figure out what takes so long in my code the 2nd table $by.total and the total.pct column (pct = percent) is the most helpful. What does it mean that [ or [.data.frame is

VS: Re: v2.2.22 release candidate released
In future release we will add master authentication too. Now you can use api key or doveadm password which are essentially same thing.

Error term in aov syntax question
Hallo all
I went through all files and through some books I have, but still I am not
completely sure about the correct aov syntax.
Suppose I have a dataset divided to three portions, according to a factor "mereni"
which is a measurement day. There is another factor named "frakce" (Each
sample is divided into three distinct fractions according to its particle size).

How Dovecot handles email changed by file operations
Hi,
We have been using Courier-imap for a few years. I am always in the
process of reviewing competing software, and hence my interest in
Dovecot.
Question: If email files are moved between IMAP folders (on the same
IMAP server or a different one) or deleted using shell scripts, how does
this impact Dovecot's indexes or its method of keeping track of the
email? How likely is index or file

Newbie
Hello,
I'm a bit new to the world of R so forgive my ignorance. I'm trying to do a zero-inflated negative binomial regression and have received an error message and i'm not sure what it means. I'm running R 2.5.1 on XP. I have just tried a really simple version of the model to see if it would run before I put all the variables in. I have attached all the variables to the

Hi Kelly,
Try running 'iostat -xdmc 1'. Look for a single drive that has
substantially greater await than ~10msec. If all the drives
except one are taking 6-8msec, but one is very

bar plot with non-zero starting level
Hi,
I want to plot grouped bars to compare 95% confidence interval estimates
from two models. Each bar represents a 95% confidence interval estimate
of a coefficient from one of the two models. Each group represents
confidence interval estimates of the same coefficient from the two models.
I think such a bar plot will nicely present whether 95% confidence
interval estimates of the same

[LLVMdev] 2.2 Prerelease available for testing
LLVMers,
The 2.2 prerelease is now available for testing:
http://llvm.org/prereleases/2.2/
If anyone can help test this release, I ask that you do the following:
1) Build llvm and llvm-gcc (or use a binary). You may build release
(default) or debug. You may pick llvm-gcc-4.0, llvm-gcc-4.2, or both.
2) Run 'make check'.
3) In llvm-test, run 'make TEST=nightly report'.
4) When
