Question about one-to-many-to-many
Guys,
I''ve set up a 1-M-M relationship between 3 tables/models. I can''t get
cascading deletes (haven''t tried updates yet) to work when the master
record is deleted. I''m using MySQL 4.1.x, and the error message is:
Mysql::Error: #23000Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key
constraint fails: DELETE FROM contact_addresses WHERE (contact_id = 1).

[PATCH] Support for ASEM UPS on Linux/i2c
As said in previous mail, I just finished a first working version of a driver
for the UPS found on ASEM PB1300 device
(http://www.asem.it/prodotti/industrial-automation/box-pcs/performance/pb1300/)
Linux only, accessed through i2c/SMBUS.
If you can spare some time, please review. Expecially my autotools skills are
ehm... a bit rusty.

smbmounts hang around after windows client disconnects
Using 2.2.1a and a 2.4 kernel patched for win4lin.
Everything is working but:
I mount all the available network shares on my linux box as root to one
network directory.
If a windows client shuts down while the linux box is still connected, the
share is not removed from my mount list or from /proc/mounts
It cannot be removed with umount. I can kill the smbmount with kill -15 but
the share is still

Indexing Mail faster
Hi,
I am trying to get faster search results on our webmail client(Roundcube).
Besides using Lucene for FTS are there other options?
Would having all mails indexed give fast results?
Currently the time it takes to search 25,000mails is 4mins. If indexed how
much faster are we looking at?
Really appreciate if someone could advise about this.
Thanks
Kevin

xvm-gate: arrow keys broken in pygrub
One of my test domUs is a opensuse 10.3 PV domain, and it
has a /boot/grub/menu.lst file. pygrub is used as bootloader.
With xVM 3.1.4, the arrow keys can be used in the pygrub screen.
With xVM 3.3-unstable, the arrow keys don''t work for me any more.
What I''ve found out so far is that:
- gnome-terminal, xterm or dtterm are running with
"vt100 application key
