gsDesign Pocock & OBF boundary
Sorry for messed up text. Here it goes again: I am learning to use the gsDesign package. I have a question about Pocock and OBF boundary. As far as I can understand, these 2 boundaries require equal spacing between interim analyses (maybe this is not correct?). But looks like I can still use gsDesign to run an analysis based on unequal spacing:? >

gsDesign Pocock & OBF boundary
Still failed. The first secret is in your email program settings, to use Plain Text format (at least for emails you send to this mailing list). The second secret tool to use is the reprex package to let you verify that your code example will do on our computers what it is doing on your computer before you send it to us. That will also involve giving us some sample data or referencing some data

Hoaglin Outlier Method
I am a new user of R so please bear with me. I have reviewed some R books, FAQs and such but the volume of material is great. I am in the process of porting my current SAS and SVS Script code to Lotus Approach, R and WordPerfect. My question is, can you help me determine the best R method to implement the Hoaglin Outlier Method? It is used in the Appendix A and B of the fo llowing link.

回复: cch() and coxph() for case-cohort
I tried to compare if cch() and coxph() can generate same result for same case cohort data Use the standard data in cch(): nwtco Since in cch contains the cohort size=4028, while ccoh.data size =1154 after selection, but coxph does not contain info of cohort size=4028. The rough estimate between coxph() and cch() is same, but the lower and upper CI and P-value are a little different. Can we

bad bignum encoding for curve25519-sha256@libssh.org
Hi, So I screwed up when writing the support for the curve25519 KEX method that doesn't depend on OpenSSL's BIGNUM type - a bug in my code left leading zero bytes where they should have been skipped. The impact of this is that OpenSSH 6.5 and 6.6 will fail during key exchange with a peer that implements curve25519-sha256 at libssh.org properly about 0.2% of the time (one in every 512ish
