Samba + Cups -> PPD Options problem - 1 attachment

Asterisk Management API
Hi all,
I am trying to write an application to monitor queues using the
Asterisk Management API.
So far I have had some level of sucess, basically reverse engineering
the protocol and the event messages using ethereal etc.
I know there are a couple of pages on the Wiki that attempt (no
dis-respect to who ever did it as it has been a great help) to
document the API and was wondering if there

P2Vs seem to require a very robust Ethernet
Now that we can gather diagnostic info, I think I know why our P2Vs kept
failing last week. Another one just died right in front of my eyes. I
think either the Ethernet or NFS server at this site occasionally
"blips" offline when it gets busy and that messes up P2V migrations.
The RHEV export domain is an NFS share offered by an old Storagetek NAS,
connected over a 10/100 Ethernet.

adding agent with 2 phones to a queue
...a queue and let both phone rings.
Let me try to explain:
0317998975 is a fixed phone, 0317998985 is a DECT. 0317998989 is a queue.
queue add member SIP/0317998975 to 0317998989 works ofc.
sip*CLI> queue show 0317998989

Asterisk 1.8 -- queue not recognizing that agent is busy
...r dynamically via "queue add member ". My agent shows in
the queue, but when he gets the call is not recognized as "In Use".
Here is the output from "queue show" prior to the call:

how to code it??
Hi
I have say a large vector of 3500 digits. Initially the digits are 0s and
1s. I need to check for a rule to change some of the 0s to -1s in this
vector. But once I change a 0 to -1 then I need to start applying the rule
to change the next 0 only after I see the next 1 in the vector.
Say for example x = (0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,0,0,1,1,0,0,1,0,0,0,1)

format numbers without leading or trailing 0s
A simple question, but I can't find something to do what I want:
Given: a vector of numbers, like
lambda <- c(0, 0.005, 0.01, 0.02, 0.04, 0.08)
Desired: format them in minimal space for use as plot labels, ie,
without leading or tailing 0s. For this example:
lambdaf <- c("0", .005", ".01", ".02", ".04", ".08")

If statements for vectors
Dear Sirs,
I am using both the Bioconductor adds on (Affy, AffyPLM,...) and the
'standard' R-package.
I am trying to select a list of genes which all have expression values below
a certain threshold.
I have done this by creating a vector which has 0s where the expression is
greater than the threshold and 1s where it is less than or equal to it.
Multiplying this vector by the expression values produces a list of 0s and
expression values below the threshold value.
However, now I need to remove the 0s. I thought that this would be

Writting 0s
Hello zfs-discuss,
When compression is set to on for a givef file system, then if
block contains only 0s "nothing" is writen. I wonder if it would be
beneficial if ZFS behaves that way not only for block which are
going to be compressed but for all block regardless of compression.
Or perhaps making this simple check would too much impact CPU for
normal data?

Replacing 0s with NA
Hello
I have a dataset in which I would like to replace 0s with NAs. There is a
lot of information on how to replace NAs with 0, but I have struggled to
find anything with regards to doing the reverse. Any recommendations would
be great.

Queue not sending call to Agent
...hat any calls after the
first are placed in the queue and never sent to the agent who is logged in
and available. Before I call the queue I do a "show queue" and it shows the
agent as

splits with 0s in middle columns
Hi,
A column of my df looks like
A
10/20/30
40/20
60/10/10/5
80/10
I want to split it such that the last column has the last composition and if there are not enough the middle columns get the 0s. That way my df would look like
A1 A2 A3 A4
10 20 0 30
40 0 0 20
60 10 10 5
80 0 0 10
How can I do that ??

sample function with different proportions
Hi there,
I guess this is an easy one, but still:
I would like to randomly sample 0s and 1s but in a way that I end up having for example 70% of 1s and the rest of 0s and not 50:50 as this function does: sample(c(0,1), 100, replace = TRUE)
Any recommendations?

help using R's linprog for LP
Hi,
I am using R in one of my courses. I am trying to use R's linprog
package to solve to formulate 2-class classification problem as Linear
programming problem.
For my formulation, I need to set to "cvec" to all 0s.
I know the points are linearly separable so an optimal solution "x"
does exist, which satisfies all the constraints.
But given the constraints and setting "cvec" to all 0s it simply gives
me an "x" of all 0s.
How can I fix this?

Strange queue behaviour
Hello,
I have just installed Asterisk 1.4 and I am playing with it. I've created some
sip accounts and some queues. When I start asterisk I see many queues like
this:
all-phones-r has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime),
W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s
Members:
SIP/03 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet
SIP/02 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet
No Callers
that is, the members are in invalid state. What does that mean ? If I try to
call the queue I get this messages:

how to make read in a vector of 0s and 1s with no space between them
Hi all,
Probably a rudimentary question. I have a flat file that looks like
this (the real one has ~10e6 elements):
10110100101001011101011
and I want to pull that into R as a vector, but with each digit being
it's own element. There are no separators between the digits. How can
I accomplish this? Thanks in advance!

add leading 0s to %d from png() {was Automatic creation of file names}
Dear useRs,
Is there a way to 'properly' format %d when plotting more than one
page on png()? 'Properly' means to me with leading 0s, so that the
PNGs become easy to navigate in a file/image browser. Lacking a better
solution I ended up using the code below, but would much prefer
something like
png("test_%d.png",bg="white",width=1000,height=700)
where %d could be formatted like
