P2Vs seem to require a very robust Ethernet
Now that we can gather diagnostic info, I think I know why our P2Vs kept
failing last week. Another one just died right in front of my eyes. I
think either the Ethernet or NFS server at this site occasionally
"blips" offline when it gets busy and that messes up P2V migrations.
The RHEV export domain is an NFS share offered by an old Storagetek NAS,
connected over a 10/100 Ethernet.

garbage on serial console after pxelinux.0 is loaded
We have some x86_64 systems that have DisplayPort and USB ports for a monitor & keyboard and when I use these to PXE boot, everything works fine. However, these systems will eventually become headless and in the production process access to the console will be via serial port. Using the serial port mostly works in that once we get to the PXE boot: prompt we can type in the name of the

[LLVMdev] Simplifying a front-end project
...generate for it, I give it a
unique sequence number. Then I use a printf-like format to describe the
output. Here's what generating for an ADD AST looks like:
GenSub(node at .child[0]);
GenSub(node at .child[1]);
Tseqno += 1; node at .seqno = Tseqno;
Print("\t%N = add %T %0N, %1N\n", node);
This recursively generates the left and right side of the node, gives the node
a sequence number and then prints the LLVM assembly. In the format:
%N - prints node name
%T - prints node type
%0N - prints node name of child 0
%1N - prints node name of child 1

And the garbage appears to be varying quantities of '[0n', as in sometimes there will be one instance of that in the string spit out, and sometimes there will be a dozen, or any quantity in between. Sometimes it's all just blank spaces; and sometimes, as mentioned, there are fragments of text that was previously displayed.

Hi all,
I am in the process of migrating my Maildir IMAP server from courier-imap to

Magellan Roadmate tools 3050T & Suse 10.2
I am trying to access my GPS using wine 0.9.24 0n Suse 10.2 and Cxoffice 6.0

The Magellan road mate tools work well enough in both cxoffce beta and wine,
however wine seems to handle it better when importing POI ( Points of
Interest) files. Overall I think the wine in...

smbtar multiple machines
Hi all,
I'm just looking at using smbtar to backup the Win95 PC's on my network, and would like usability ideas please.
The tape drive I intend to use is in our RS6000 and has a capacity of 20GB before compression which means that I will be able to fit plenty of PC's onto one tape as all the PC's have <3GB HD's on them.
The problem I have is how do I get multiple

ads_sasl_spnego_krb5_bind failed: Program lacks support for encryption type [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
Hi all,
According to this bug report:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=566977
This particular error is actually a bug in the samba code.
Does anyone know if there are patches that fix this ?
Adding "allow_weak_crypto = true" to /etc/krb5.conf does not solve this for me :(
Has anyone got a working solution for this ?

------- Additional Comments From wayned@samba.org 2005-04-20 01:11 -------
You didn't mention the client command you're running.
As for the log-data output by a --daemon, did you look in the appropriate syslog
file? or check the rsyncd.conf file to see if it is logging to a file? You can
also use the "max verbosity" setting
