extracting RGB values from a colorspace class object
Greetings, After pouring over the documentation for the 'colorspace' package, I have not been able to figure out how the plot() method converts colorspace coordinates to RGB values for display on the screen. I am convert between colorspaces with the various as() methods... but cannot seem to find a way to extract RGB (i.e. for displaying on a computer screen) triplets from color space

R Help- I have a list of 102 vectors all of the same type and length called time.by.orig. I can't data.frame(time.by.orig) but I can data.frame(time.by.orig[1:length(time.by.orig)]). Why is this? survreg vs. aftreg (eha) - the relationship between fitted coefficients?

Complicated analysis for huge databases
Although the loop seems to be formulated correctly I wonder why it gives me these errors : -object 'i' not found - unexpected '}' in "}" the desired output is expected to be very large as for each dataframe in the list of dataframes I expect to see maf value for each of the 600 columns! and this is only for for one dataframe in the list .. I have around 150-200

It looks just like the classical F-test for lack-of-fit, using estimate of `pure errors' from replicates, doesn't it? This should be in most applied regression books.
