And you rebooted the computer twice and logged in.
If not try that first

All my computers update there own DNS records..
I also see thing like this :
May 19 16:22:14 cobra named[1189]: client @0x7f4e68709300

But then samba_dlz: picks it up and its done,
I have to go now, i can have a better look at this tomorrow.
