Yes the win10, client is a domain member.

The error come from win10 cleint, i can login with username and
password.

The firewall is on the company router which is also the vpn endpoint.

If you have connected via VPN, you are now inside the lan, so whatever
firewall is running on the router is irrelevant, is there another
firewall ? on the DC, or the fileserver, or on the Win10 machine
itself ?
