samba - Jan 2016 - Patch Samba

Came a new version of Samba 4.3.4, I have on my server version 4.3; 3, I 
can apply this Patch to update my samba is better or recompile the new 
version (on top of the current binary, and tells wiki and as I did the 
other upgrades)?

If so, what better way to apply this Patch?

just build packages for recent versions of software which is important 
for you  - a new version is *notÜ* just a patch, it's the summary of a 
lot of patches
