samba - Mar 2014 - Issue moving DC to site

I'm having the same issue as the person here

I'm using Samba-4.1.5 as PDC with 3 other Samba-4.1.5 DCs.  I see you 
can create sites with samba-tool and add them to the site during join, 
but how could I move them?  Do I really need to demote, leave then join 
with site= parameter set?  Well I already tried that, but had lots of 
issues with depromote.  Before I get into that perhaps someone can share 
a better way?

I failed in the same way, admitted defeat and put up with
default-first-site - it seems to be impossible to move an already
provisioned addc to another site. on top of that, demoting the first
addc in a domain (ie., the one that lives within default-first-site)
seems to be impossible, too.
