"Default-First-Site-Name" - but on a german domain the default is
called "Standardname-des-ersten-Standortes". One have to create the
site "Default-First-Site-Name" manually before samba4 can join a
german domain.
As an AD DC, we require the filesystem to be in UTF8, and that unix
charset = UTF8. This is not documented.
Use a tool like convmv to fix the filesystem names.
