samba - Mar 2013 - NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

Hello 
Can not bind to one of DC


[root at dc1 caiman]# /usr/local/samba/bin/samba-tool drs options
Failed to bind - LDAP error 49 LDAP_INVALID_CREDENTIALS -

Failed to connect to 'ldap://dc1.vizavi.inc' with backend
'ldap': (null)
ERROR(ldb): LDAP connection to dc1.vizavi.inc failed - None


[root at dc2 ~]# /usr/local/samba/bin/samba-tool drs options
Current DSA options: IS_GC
