Hi, Come up against this in 3.6.5. I can join a BDC to a domain, and it gets the Domain SID from the PDC, but keeps its local machine SID. Is domain SID=local SID expected or required on BDCs, or should I just let the BDCs keep their unique local SID, or, in fact, does it not matter at all? Obviously I can force the local SID to the domain one with net setlocalsid, just not sure what is the "correct" procedure. Cheers Alex
