Hi all, we have been working around with Samba 4 and we are successful with
the setup, home directory, profiles and integration with likewise-open. But
the content of users' home directory can be modified by other domain users.
i.e userA can read/write on/delete any file/folder of userB. we try to set
the following in the smb.conf file but with no luck.
[homes]
path = /usr/local/samba/var/home
read only = no
browseable = No
and when we "ls -al /usr/local/samba/var/home" we get
....
drwxr-xr-x 7 root root 4096 Apr 28 09:11 .
drwxr-sr-x 9 root root 4096 Apr 27 13:24 ..
drwxr-xr-x 2 root users 4096 Apr 28 09:16 userA
drwxr-xr-x 3 root users 4096 Apr 27 14:51 userB
.....
