I believe the answer depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
If you are okay with 2 different ip addresses, openvz, linux-vserver,
xen, virtualbox, vmware will all accomplish this.
If you want 1 ipaddress but different shares depending on the client
ipaddress, username, group ... you can do this with a single samba
server and include files.
