samba - Jul 2006 - how to put a veto upon creating a directories

Samba Version 2.2.8
OS Sun Solaris 2.9

Hello All,

I'm sorry for this may be silly question: i couldn't find how to forbid
a samba users to create any directories.
Is there any decision except writing  script which will watch for the systems
calls ?
