samba - Jul 2005 - The compueter with Samba Shared folder can not access with Windows by each other

Hello:
I am a new comer to this mailing list.
Now I am going to configure a samba server, I use fedora 3, X windows,
and the version of Samba is 1.2.21. 
After I made a share on the Samba server, I can see it from the windows
PC by neighbor, but when I tried to access it, I was denied, also from
Samba server I can not access the Windows computer too.
Can anyone tell me where the right setting for accessing it is?
