The only thin I remember here is how Windows maintains
conections to the profile path after logout. However,
if you don't set 'login path = \\server\homes\profile'
and use %U instead, you should be ok. But YMMV.

They can be in different ou's but nss_ldap still have to expose
the posixAccount information for both machines and users.
