samba - Nov 2004 - PDC domain name change

Hi,

I need to change my PDC's domain name, but not the SID.  I know how to do 
that, but my questions are:

1.  Does it require restarting Samba
2.  Will I have to rejoin all of my workstations?
3.  Will it automatically show up in the browse list?
