Check your /etc/inetd.conf file or the /etc/xinetd.d directory, depending
on your distro, for a swat entry. See:
http:/samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/SWAT.html/
Also, /etc/services needs the following:
swat 901/tcp
