Hi Could you suggest where I can download a samba-2.2.6 or samba-2.2.9 rpm for Redhat Linux v7.1. I am presently using a samba-2.2.3a server but Windows XP clients create extra files when saving or copying to this samaba server. Best regards, Gary Marshall e-Protector Tel: 0870 0278302 Mob: 07769 747080 Fax: 0115 9227111 ********************************************************************** This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. Grab the SRPM from samba.org and run 'rpm --rebuild ' on it is the best bet I think. | | Best regards, | | Gary Marshall | e-Protector | Tel: 0870 0278302 | Mob: 07769 747080 | Fax: 0115 9227111 | | | | | ********************************************************************** | This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and | intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they | are addressed.
