samba - Apr 2004 - Unable to delete folders in samba shares

hello,

i am unable to delete folders in samba shares in linux clients. but the files 
in any folder can be deleted. 

from window clients , all delete operations whether files or folders  works 
ok. i have been faced with this for a few months...

any clues ?
