samba - Mar 2004 - MacOS X client, linux samba server and change times

Hi,
I have got problem with MacOS X client. When I try to resave file
in Adobe Photoshop on MacOS X client, on the linux server
in file soubor.psd there are wrong times. The only change is in time
"Change", but not in time "Modify", but the file was
modified.

The second MacOS file named ._soubor.psd has all three times
Access, Modify and Change changed to right values.
So I am asking what is right way, that when change
time is modified than modify time is modified also.
I have read in documentation, that it could be owner problem,
but not in my case. Or is it bug, that content of file is changed
and modify time isn't?
Samba version 3.0.2a, MacOS X 10.3.3
