samba - Mar 2004 - way to transfer files and preserve created/modified dates

Hey,
Looking for a way (for the PHB) to move files without screwing up the
create/modified date from the original file. So what i want to do is go from
Win2K --> Samba and carry the create/mod time across. Any sugestions? ( I
already tried man smbclient and found nothing =( )
