Hi, I'm testing samba configuration with some stress scripts and actually i've got a strange behaviour. I generate 100 concurrent connections from a client, my PDC receives a hundred TCP connections (netstat -pnat | grep 445) but don't have 100 process corresponding to shares access... I can also notice via syslog that session are open by pam_unix and not pam_ldap as I've first expected. Any suggestions for this gap in explaining those missing in action processes ? Thanks here is my PAM configuration : auth required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_env.so auth sufficient /lib/security/$ISA/pam_ldap.so auth required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_unix.so try_first_pass likeauth nullok auth required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_deny.so account [default=bad success=ok user_unknown=ignore service_err=ignore syste m_err=ignore] /lib/security/$ISA/pam_ldap.so account required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_unix.so password required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_cracklib.so retry=3 typepassword sufficient /lib/security/$ISA/pam_ldap.so use_authtok password required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_unix.so nullok use_authtok md5 shadow password required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_deny.so session required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_limits.so session sufficient /lib/security/$ISA/pam_ldap.so session required /lib/security/$ISA/pam_unix.so
