On a linux system, with the *development* versions installed in their
standard locations, none. We find them automatically.
(This means openldap-devel, krb5-devel on most RPM distros).
You may need the --with-ldap=/foo/bar and --with-krb5=/bar/frog options
if you have a non-standard install path for either.
