double click on shared folder (security=user) and it takes about 25 seconds to open the folder (if it even comes up). After that going deeper into the filesystem is not an issue...but when you browse back to the base folder you experience the same issue again (25 seconds or 'crash'). If it 'crashes' I get the error "\\servername\serverdir is not accessible. The session was cancelled." I tried to connect loopback to the server via smbclient //servername/serverdir and was successful. When running the <ls> command I recieved the following error. "Error in dskattr: code 0" and then my session froze and I had to kill the term y0956n@cpipt-1:/home/data/download> smbclient //cpipt-1/data -dA added interface ip=208.1.175.144 bcast=208.1.175.255 nmask=255.255.255.128 Client started (version 2.2.1a). resolve_hosts: Attempting host lookup for name cpipt-1<0x20> Connecting to 208.1.175.144 at port 139 socket option SO_KEEPALIVE = 0 socket option SO_REUSEADDR = 0 socket option SO_BROADCAST = 0 socket option TCP_NODELAY = 4 socket option IPTOS_LOWDELAY = 0 socket option IPTOS_THROUGHPUT = 0 socket option SO_REUSEPORT = 0 socket option SO_SNDBUF = 16060 socket option SO_RCVBUF = 16060 socket option SO_SNDLOWAT = 4096 socket option SO_RCVLOWAT = 1 socket option SO_SNDTIMEO = 0 socket option SO_RCVTIMEO = 0 write_socket(3,76) write_socket(3,76) wrote 76 Sent session request got smb length of 0 size=0 smb_com=0x0 smb_rcls=0 smb_reh=0 smb_err=0 smb_flg=0 smb_flg2=0 smb_tid=0 smb_pid=0 smb_uid=0 smb_mid=0 smt_wct=0 smb_bcc=0 session request ok write_socket(3,168) write_socket(3,168) wrote 168 got smb length of 83 size=83 smb_com=0x72 smb_rcls=0 smb_reh=0 smb_err=0 smb_flg=136 smb_flg2=1 smb_tid=0 smb_pid=34926 smb_uid=0 smb_mid=1 smt_wct=17 smb_vwv[0]=6 (0x6) smb_vwv[1]=12803 (0x3203) smb_vwv[2]=256 (0x100) smb_vwv[3]=65280 (0xFF00) smb_vwv[4]=255 (0xFF) smb_vwv[5]=0 (0x0) smb_vwv[6]=256 (0x100) smb_vwv[7]=22528 (0x5800) smb_vwv[8]=132 (0x84) smb_vwv[9]=47360 (0xB900) smb_vwv[10]=3 (0x3) smb_vwv[11]=0 (0x0) smb_vwv[12]=40504 (0x9E38) smb_vwv[13]=3269 (0xCC5) smb_vwv[14]=49661 (0xC1FD) smb_vwv[15]=11265 (0x2C01) smb_vwv[16]=2049 (0x801) smb_bcc=14 [000] 31 05 AC 49 51 A7 FC DB 43 50 49 50 54 00 1..IQ...
