If you have that Active Directory running on a Domain Controller then yes.
You can add a Samba server to the domain run by the DC (Domain Controller)
and let Samba use the Active Directory accounts to do authentication of
users. You probably also want to use winbind which imports the domain
users into the UNIX environment of the Samba server and makes
administration easier.
