samba - Apr 2002 - NT Server 4.0 to W2000

I am running Samba 1.9.18p3 on a DECsystem 5000 talking to an NT Server 4,
sp6 system which maps a network drive to copy files back and forth.  Will I
have problems if I upgrade the NT Server to Windows 2000?
