The print job seems to be making it's way to the printer, but some lines are
getting cut off...
At least, that's how I read it.  Are you specifying the right paper size? 
I've had the same
problem when I've specified "A4" on my computer when
"letter" was in the printer.

For multi-page documents, everything is fine until the last page.  I've
got the paper size set right, so that seems to not be an issue.
