I'm running a small samba set-up at home, just a Solaris box as a file/print/PDC server, and some WinXP boxen. I'm not using anything fancy, just basic functionality, no other Win PDC servers or anything. Should I stick with 2.2.3 or try out the new 3, will it offer anything vastly superior ? Will I have to change smb.conf drastically ?
