samba - Oct 2001 - lower case filenames and directory names

My question is:

Is there a possibility to force users only to use lower case filenames and
directory names on samba server?

man smb.conf
look at "mangle case", "case sensitive", "default
case", "preserve case"
and "short preserve case".  I think you need "mangle case",
but I could be
wrong.
