samba - Oct 2001 - W2K SP2 + Samba 2.2.2 roaming profiles problem...

I just let Windows update my W2K box up to SP2 and now I'm having this
problem
that is preventing me from loading my profile.  This is from my event log:
Windows cannot copy file \\taipienyi\eknuds\profile\Cookies\eknuds@S009-00-10-
10-195458-30809[10].txt to location 
C:\WINNT\Profiles\eknuds\Cookies\eknuds@S009-00-10-10-195458-30809[10].txt. 
Contact your network administrator. 

DETAIL - Access is denied.  

Then the system forces me to use a default profile.

I just upgraded to 2.2.2 last night and I still have the problem.

Read README.Win2kSP2 in your docs directory.
