samba - Oct 2001 - Does "--with-profile" create "smbcontrol" executable?

Does "--with-profile" create "smbcontrol" executable?

I just noticed that I don't have an installed "smbcontrol"
executable.  Is
this because I built Samba v2.2.1a without the "--with-profile" config
option?
