samba - Oct 2001 - Premissions

I try to setup samba as a fileserver with a shared folder
so if "user1" makes a file in that folder everyone have access
to delete it or change it. this works fine on a plain file but not
on a folder. How can i make this work even on folders?

Is there a way to allow certain users to write in only selected
directories?
