samba - Oct 2001 - samba doesn't close the connections

Hello!

I have samba 2.2.1a with  Solaris 2.5.
The problem is this: sometimes samba doesn't close the connections from
the clients (W95), the number of connections grows and finally samba
doesn't work.

This error appears a lot of times in the log of  the machines that
doesn't close the connections :

[2001/10/08 20:48:07, 0] smbd/oplock.c:request_oplock_break(997)
  request_oplock_break: no response received to oplock break request to
pid 1822 on port 33131 for dev = 80000c, inode = 1843997
  for dev = 80000c, inode = 1843997, tv_sec = 3bc1e6ab, tv_usec = 30647

what is happening?
anybody can help me?

Hi,

In smb.conf, add 'deadtime = 15'. This will close all connections that
are
inactive for 15 minutes.
