I am running Samba 2.0.7 with Solaris 2.6. Unix file redirection does not work. For example, echo "Hello world" > /smb/.../a.a creates an empty file named "/smb/.../a.a". Is this working as designed, or am I missing something? Thanks, in advance, for your help.
