samba - Aug 2000 - GUI share watching program

I've searched down freshmeat and the likes.. but I still have yet to find a
program for linux that runs like "net watcher" for windows.. which
would be
a program for X that would show in real times all the people connected to
the samba server and all the files they have open under there names..

does such an app exist? smbstatus works great but doesn't cut it when I want
to know quickly..

The KDE control center has one built into it.  It is in the Other... Samba
Status section.
