I got mcp mag a day or two ago, Great writeup!! I was a little surprised that they ran such a glowing review of samba, with some of the negative implications on NT. It is very nice to see Microsoft show an interest in interoperability. -Steve Roylance> -----Original Message----- > From: Jeremy Allison [SMTP:jallison@cthulhu.engr.sgi.com] > Sent: Thursday, April 15, 1999 6:41 PM > To: Multiple recipients of list > Subject: Microsoft Certified Professional Magazine publishes > Samba article. > > Ok, so MCP magazine published my "What is Samba" article (although > it looks like they mutilated the html conversion from the WordPerfect > on Linux original :-). In my opinion MS doesn't have so direct a control over these "geek" technical publications. My guess is, heads will roll, or at least someone is going to be scolded ROYALLY.
