rsync - Jun 2004 - Rsync & Connection Fault Tolerance

Is there a rsync version or a way to make rsync tolerant of multiple
disconnections during a large mirror copy....both large files & large
number of files. I seem to get better performance from wget than
rsync...by the time rsync has gotten the list of files...connection
drops and rsync gives error and has to be started over again.

Hope someone can help me.

No, this is not possible.  You should either break up the command into
smaller chunks (and consider the --partial option) or use a different
tool.
